  • a variety of grammar tasks that clarify and reinforce students’ understanding of the grammar presented in the grammar appendix
  • one or two exam-style listening tasks
  • exam-style speaking activities linked to the unit theme
  • an exam-style writing topic accompanied by useful language and step-by-step help with planning to enable students to confidently complete the task
  • a revision section with vocabulary and grammar tasks to consolidate what has been learnt in the unit

Detailed suggestions, ideas and methodology can be found in the relevant part of each unit of this Teacher’s Guide. These pages also include: • answers for any activity where overprinted answers are not provided in the Coursebook • a transcript for each listening activity • a sample composition for each of the writing topics in the Coursebook • a key for all of the tests included in the Test Pack that accompanies this Coursebook
